Our Story
Jigsaw Digital Strategies (est. 2020) is a research-driven digital marketing agency. We serve a nationwide network of clients, with a presence in Washington DC and Tennessee. We provide strategic brand design, website development, graphic design, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
We are a certified Women’s Business Enterprise in Indiana.

Emily Schuster
Emily Schuster is passionate about bringing creativity and quality to her clients. She has worked with international industrial corporations, national not-for-profits, law firms, healthcare professionals, state universities, and organizations across many other industries.
Emily graduated summa cum laude from the University of Evansville with a B.S. in Multimedia Communications and B.S. in Political Science.
She served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Evansville (2020-2024), teaching marketing and entrepreneurship.
And, of course, she loves a good jigsaw puzzle.
Layla Young
As our Creative Strategist, Layla brings a strong passion for turning creative ideas into meaningful, impactful designs. She collaborates closely with clients to develop content that connects with audiences on a deeper level. In her role, Layla brings intentional storytelling and creative direction to ensure every project delivers lasting value.
Layla is certified in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and WordPress, and she’s an expert in all things trending on social media. She joined our team in 2024 as Marketing Associate, and her resume includes experience in team leadership and marketing and PR in the hospitality industry.
Jefferson Stovall
Jefferson Stovall is a technologist, founder, and strategic thought partner with more than 15 years of experience leading technology teams and driving digital transformation across fintech, edtech, healthtech, and the public sector.
Jefferson helps businesses navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. His work spans AI strategy and adoption, systems design, and hands-on implementation, with a consistent focus on making complex technology accessible and actionable for businesses of all sizes.
